We’re after someone who knows the ropes – a seasoned professional with at least 5 years’ experience in estimating for joinery and cabinet making projects. This isn’t just a sit-behind-the-desk role – we need someone who will grab the role by the horns and truly take ownership of it. Key Responsibilities:

Accurately estimate materials, labor, and timelines for custom joinery and cabinet work
Take ownership of the estimating process from start to finish
Liaise with clients, architects, and the production team
Prepare detailed and competitive quotes
Help manage project costs and budgets


Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in estimating within the joinery or cabinet making industry
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods
A proactive attitude and the confidence to lead and take charge of the role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
